Your Year

Happy new year!

2021, we are coming for you. You will not take us down like 2020 did. This is our year to learn from what we just went through and realize the importance of connection and face to face engagement. This is our year to start to make things happen and it all starts with connecting with our tribe and inviting them to engage to power up in their own lives too.

Now I know we have all thought of this before. “If only I could get my teachers/students/kids/spouse/myself/colleagues/dog to engage more!” Well let’s focus on our school administrator hat for today. Let’s look at the ways we could connect and engage our teachers and actually make it happen.
